Suitably experienced interested parties are invited to submit a tender in accordance with the Request for Tender (RFT) for the Corporate and Commercial Management Advisory Services and Investment Banking refresh of the MAS Panel.

This refresh of the MAS Panel is for all Corporate and Commercial Management Advisory Services. This refresh also includes the Service Subcategory for Investment Banking Services under the Financial Advisory Service Area. Service Descriptors for each Service Subcategory are provided in Attachment B - Scope of Services of the RFT.

Potential Respondents must either register for a new account on the 360 Public Portal or sign in to an existing 360 account to respond to this RFT.

Other Instructions:

Finance is using the 360 Public Portal, an online tender system, to receive Tenders in response to this RFT. The 360 Public Portal is a secure system hosted and supported in Australia. Respondents must submit their Tender through the 360 Public Portal, refer to paragraph 7.1 of the RFT. Tenders cannot be submitted in AusTender.

A 360 Public Portal Respondent’s User Guide is attached to this approach to market.

Conditions for Participation:

At the Closing Time, the Respondent must:

(a) be a legal entity;

(b) not be bankrupt or insolvent;

(c) not be subject to any judicial decision against them (not including decisions under appeal) relating to employee entitlements and who have not satisfied any resulting order; and

(d) not be listed as a non-compliant employer under the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth).

Timeframe for Delivery:

As part of this refresh, Finance intends to exercise the extension options available under the Head Agreement to extend the Head Agreement Period to 30 September 2029 with services commencing for new Service Providers from March 2026 (indicative).
