The Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment & Water, as represented by the Australian Antarctic Division, requires ongoing engineering support, providing engineering advice, document development and design reviews.

The deadline for submission of Potential Supplier"s questions is 5:00pm (AEST) 7 Business days before the Closing Time.

Conditions for Participation:

As per clause 6.4 of the ATM, the Customer will exclude a tender from further consideration if, at any time before any resultant Deed of Standing Offer is executed, the Customer considers that the Potential Supplier does not meet any one or more of the following conditions for participation:

(i) holds all valid and satisfactory STRs required for its entity type, and;

(ii) holds all valid and satisfactory STRs required for the entity type of any first-tier subcontractor that it proposes, as part of its tender, to engage to deliver goods or services as part of a contract resulting from a procurement with an estimated value of $4 miilion or more (GST Inclusive). Potential Suppliers are to refer to the Shadow Economy Policy at clause 5.7.

Timeframe for Delivery:

It is anticipated that the Deed of Standing Offer will take effect from approximately July 2025
