This tender is for the service and maintenance contract of Air Conditioning (AC) PAC Units for APRA at its Sydney office located at 1 Martin Street. The initial service agreement will be for a duration of one year, with the possibility of a review and two optional extensions of three years each.

We are seeking a dedicated service program that includes an assigned Account Technician and Account Manager to manage the Sydney location across 4 floors.
