Pacific Division seeks a Pacific Maritime Support Coordinator to support Pacific Island Country owned maritime assets including Guardian Class Patrol Boats, Landing Craft and other small supplementary craft, Rigid Hull Inflatable Boats (RHIBS), other maritime assets and associated support equipment.

Due to the unique nature of the contract requirements, with multiple options for delivering the Services, the Commonwealth is seeking proposals from industry for innovative solutions to achieve the desired outcomes and requirements.

The Pacific Maritime Support Coordinator will be responsible for (either directly or via subcontract) the coordination, facilitation, provision and management of a range of support services that meets ongoing in-service support requirements and strengthens Australia"s relationships with the Pacific.

This RFP forms the first stage of a multi-stage procurement. The Commonwealth may use this RFP process to shortlist respondents in order to conduct a limited Request for Tender (RFT) to establish a fully costed and contractible solution.

This Request for Proposal Is the first stage in a multi stage procurement for the provision of a Pacific Maritime Support Coordinator.

Conditions for Participation:

A response will be excluded from further consideration if the respondent does not meet the following conditions for participation:

a. the respondent holds all Valid and Satisfactory Statements of Tax Record required for its entity type; and

b. the respondent holds all Valid and Satisfactory Statements of Tax Record required for the entity type of any first tier subcontractor that it proposes, as part of its response, to engage to deliver goods or services as part of a contract resulting from a procurement with an estimated value of $4 million or more (GST inclusive).
