This Request for Information (RFI) is seeking information from industry that will help the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) to understand the available assessment tools that are capable of assessing needs for children, as further described in the Requirements of Section 6 of this RFI.

This RFI will also help the NDIA identify requirements that should apply to any tool(s) that the NDIA may procure in the future.
