The Customer is responsible for Australia’s input to the Codex Alimentarius Commission (Codex). As host, it is Australia’s responsibility to provide high quality interpretation, translation and interpreter audio-visual (AV) enabling services to support this activity.

The Customer requires the capability to support the international engagement by the provision of interpretation (simultaneous and consecutive) and translation, and interpreter AV enabling services across three delivery modes, physical, virtual and hybrid.

In addition, the Australian Government may require other ad hoc interpreter, translator and enabling services to support its engagement with trading partners and at international fora.

Timeframe for Delivery:

It is expected that the Contract will commence 30 June 2025 and continue to 30 June 2028, with three one-year extension options.
