The NCA is seeking to implement a new arrangement with a partner to deliver ICT Managed Service to a high-quality service management capability. The Services and responsibilities of the successful Tenderer include:

- managing day-to-day operations of the Services, providing available, secure, and efficient IT services and business systems to support the NCA’s operational requirements;

- overseeing the governance, coordination, and management of IT services, ensuring alignment with the NCA’s objectives, and delivering high quality service;

- working closely with the NCA’s business areas and Other Service Providers to maintain seamless integration, drive innovation, and ensure alignment with operational and strategic goals;

- providing a responsive Service Desk as the first point of contact for IT issues, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and requests;

- managing the full lifecycle of end-user devices and applications, including deployment, updates, and troubleshooting, to enable seamless business continuity and productivity;

- managing the NCA’s Azure Cloud environment and ICT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and virtual environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and security;

- act as the central point of coordination and oversight for the NCA’s range of business systems, including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions with Other Service Providers;

- delivering additional services as the NCA’s business needs evolve, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational priorities.

Other Instructions:

The NCA will hold a non-mandatory industry briefing to discuss the RFT and to respond to questions arising out of this RFT.

• Invite and further details will be provided to Tenderers in reply to their pre-registration to the Industry Briefing

• Pre-register attendance at the industry briefing no later than 21 February 2025.
