ITR - This is an ITR intending to identify suitably qualified companies to undertake the design, installation and commissioning of PFAS Water Treatment Plant (WTP) at Jervis Bay Range Facility (JBRF) and/or at Bandiana Military Area (BMA). 2. The shortlisted candidates from this ITR will be invited to submit a tender for either or both of the sites listed above. Description:

Invitation To Register (ITR) for per- and poly-fluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) Water Treatment Plant (WTP) at Jervis Bay Range Facility (JBRF) to support PFAS remediation activities and treat PFAS impacted surface water and groundwater;

and

PFAS WTP at Bandiana Military Area (BMA) to support PFAS remediation activities and treat PFAS impacted groundwater.

This ITR will be used for shortlisting suitable companies that will be invited to submit a Request for Tender (RFT) for JBRF, BMA, or for both sites.

Other Instructions:

1) ITR to be proceeded by RFT

2) The ITR will be open for 28 days

3) This is an ITR for the purpose of shortlisting suitable candidates for one of the sites, or for both sites

4) RFT will be issued soon after, to the shortlisted candidates

5) RFT is expected to be open for 6-8 weeks followed immediately by an evaluation

6) RFT Contract commencement to occur in FY25/26

Conditions for Participation:

OFSC WHS accreditation.

Demonstrable corporate and technology project experience at the field scale.

Timeframe for Delivery:

Delivery services will be completed between August 2025 and December 2027.
