The Commonwealth, as represented by the FCA Entity, seeks to engage a suitably qualified Contractor for design and construct services to establish a new migration hub at the Melbourne premises. The activities required to complete the works at the premises are described within the issued RFT documentation, drawings and specifications. The Contractor will provide personnel with the appropriate skills, qualifications and experience to undertake all of the activities required to complete the Works in accordance with the Tender.

The scope of works for the new migration hub includes but is not limited to the delivery new fit-out of court facilities including but not limited to chambers, conference rooms, meeting rooms and waiting areas at the Melbourne Commonwealth Law Courts (MCLC) premises.

Tenderers to note that Stage 2 documentation will only be released following receipt of a signed Disclaimer and Confidentiality Agreement. Signed Disclaimer and Confidentiality Agreements should be returned to tenders@fedcourt.gov.au.

Tenderers will only be able to attend industry briefing sessions following receipt of a signed Disclaimer and Confidentiality Agreement.

Tenderers must complete the attached Procurement Compliance Tables as part of their response.

Timeframe for Delivery:

12 months with two 6 month contract extension options.
