The Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia intends to host a three-day family law conference in Brisbane CBD or Melbourne CBD on 14, 15 and 16 May 2025 for its Family Law Registrars.

Request for quotation are sought from venues who can host up to 150-170 attendees each day for daytime and evening events, and provide flexible, onsite audio-visual support.

Completion of a Disclaimer and Confidentiality Agreement is a condition of this RFQ.

Tenderers to note that statement of works will only be released following receipt of a signed Disclaimer and Confidentiality Agreement.

Signed Disclaimer and Confidentiality Agreements should be returned to tenders@fedcourt.gov.au.

1. Suppliers must be situated within three (3) kilometres of either of the following registries:

• Harry Gibbs Commonwealth Law Courts Building, 119 North Quay, Brisbane QLD 4000; or
• Commonwealth Law Courts Building, 305 William St, Melbourne VIC 3000.

Priority consideration will be given to suppliers situated in Brisbane CBD (postcode 4000) and Melbourne CBD (postcode 3000).

2. Suppliers must be willing to negotiate accommodation, either on-site or via a partner, that:

• Staff can pay for on arrival; and
• Meet the reasonable amounts for accommodation as set out in Table 1, Table 2 and Table 3 of the Australian Taxation Office’s Taxation Determination 2024/3.

Tenderers are advised to direct any questions regarding the RFQ process or documentation to tenders@fedcourt.gov.au . Questions can be submitted up until 10:00am 4 February 2025.
