The Contractor shall provide services which address, at a National Service Level (if a single national provider) or, for a specific location (if a regional provider), the operation and management of all Defence Childcare Centres (DCC), Defence Outside School Hours Care (DOSHC) facilities; and Individual Case Management (ICM) services (together, the Core Services).

Other Instructions:

Current contract expires December 2025, noting a short extension may be approved at the Commonwealth"s discretion.

in respect of the tendered Services, the tenderer must hold all current licences and accreditations required under the Australian Government’s National Quality Framework, which consists of the Education and Care Services National Law, the Education and Care Services National Regulations, the National Quality Standards and separately, all other applicable State and Territory laws in force from time to time as at the date of the tenderer’s submission of its tender response.
