JP8218 Theatre Logistics Sub Program ESTJ8218 - Remediate Storage Capacity

This ITR, is requesting a Design Services Consultant for two Work Packages, being:

(i) WP2.4 at Henderson, WA; and

(ii) WP2.6 at Darwin, NT, itself comprising two sub-packages WP2.6.1 at Robertson Barracks NT and WP2.6.2 at Defence Establishment Berrimah (DEB) NT.

The Commonwealth of Australia (Commonwealth) as represented by the Department of Defence (Defence) is planning and intends to engage a single Design Services Consultant (DSC) to support and deliver WP2.4 and WP2.6 as part of the overall Project.

Joint Bids

The Commonwealth offers the Applicant the opportunity to lodge its Registration of Interest on a Joint Bid Basis. Further information regarding Joint Bids is provided in Item 8 in the ITR Documents.

Indigenous Procurement Policy

Timeframe for Delivery:

At the time this Invitation to Register Interest is issued to the Applicant, the Commonwealth anticipates that the Award Date for the contract for both WP2.4 and WP2.6 will be in or about May 2025. Completion of the Works comprising each WP under separate Construction Contracts to be as follows:

(a) WP2.4 Henderson: in or about December 2027.

(b) WP2.6 Darwin: in or about December 2028.
