Through this RFI, the Agency is aiming to further its understanding of any relevant technical or process driven advances and/or innovative service solutions which are available. The Agency is encouraging industry experts to provide their valuable insights on how best to undertake the support, maintenance, and enhancements of My Health Record and other applications to meet current and future needs.

The optimal operating model for the Agency will be the most effective mix of inhouse design and delivery capability combined with outsourced approaches to provide modern, clinically safe, consumer focused, digital health products and services.

The Agency will host a virtual industry briefing on 12 November 2024 to provide key details related to the request for information. Attendees are encouraged to register in advance to participate, the event will also be recorded and published on the Agency’s website.
