Procurement of a Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) / Military off the Shelf (MOTS) software solution covering architectural and design documentation, installation, and configuration or customisation, to support the DEF2150 Distributed Ground Station – Australia (DGS-AUS) Project in testing potential software solution/s that can meet the requirements in relation to Multi-Intelligence Fusion.

Conditions for Participation:

1) Clause 2.4 Preparation and Transmission of Classified Tenders

2) Clause 2.5 Defence Security Requirements

3) Tenderers must hold a Defence Industry Security Program (DISP) membership of Level 3 across the four security categories.

4) Tenderer personnel who will be involved in the deployment of the solution (if required) must hold a current Positive Vetting (PV) security clearance and an approved Organisational Suitability Assessment (OSA).

5) The Workplace Gender Equality Procurement Principles prevent the Commonwealth from entering into Work Orders with Suppliers who are non-compliant under the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth) (WGE Act).

Timeframe for Delivery:

12 months for software subscription and provision of support from the Contract Effective Date
