The Department of Defence is seeking the services of a single Registered Training Organisation to develop and deliver a curriculum for its Capability Analyst workforce. This training will maintain suitable standards for analysts that provide advice to senior decision-makers on complex capability investments. The successful Supplier will be required deliver training services aligning to:

a. Thinking and Problem Solving;

b. Communication (Written, Verbal and Visual);

c. Engagement, Cooperation and Collaboration; and

d. Knowledge.

Other Instructions:

Word version of certain documents are provided to enable the tenderers to upload their reponse(s), as required.

Conditions for Participation:

1. Compliance with Defence Security Requirements.

2. Must satisfy accreditation to, and/or maintenance of a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).

3. The tenderer holds all Valid and Satisfactory Statements of Tax Record required for its entity type; and

4. The tenderer holds all Valid and Satisfactory Statements of Tax Record required for the entity type of any first tier subcontractor that it proposes, as part of its response, to engage to deliver goods or services as part of a contract resulting from a procurement with an estimated value of $4 million or more (GST inclusive).
