The Director invites Tenders for the provision of building services to complete the demolition and construction works required to replace the access bridge to Green Patch Beach, in Booderee National Park (BNP), in accordance with this Request for Tender (RFT

Other Instructions: Conditions for Participation:

The Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time (see paragraph 8.3).

Timeframe for Delivery:

Tenderers must be suitably staffed to allow commencement of the work to begin on site within 30 days of the Agreement being executed.

All works are to be completed within 6 month of the contract being executed.

All works are to be delivered prior to commencement of the peak season, and alternative safe beach access MUST be provided and maintained AT ALL TIMES during the works.
