This is a notice for a potential upcoming procurement.

The JP2150-1 Joint Intelligence and Targeting Training Facility Project (Project) will deliver a training facility which will comprise a mix of classroom, syndicate and lecture style rooms across multiple security zones. The Project will also deliver a communications node and security monitoring centre. All works are located at HMAS Harman, Australian Capital Territory.

Potential tenderers are advised that the procurement strategy for the Project involves the engagement of a Head Contractor to deliver the works, via a two-stage open tender.

Contractors will be required to demonstrate their capacity to deliver a large scale training facility, which includes a Sensitive Compartment Information Facility, and a communications and security monitoring facility as part of their response to an Invitation to Register Interest.

Contractors should note that this Project is subject to Government Approval.

Further advice will be provided upon the release of the Invitation to Register Interest, which is expected to be released on 16 May 24.
