The Commonwelath of Australia, as represented by the Department of Finance (Finance), is releasing this Request for Tender (RFT) to seek suitably qualified and experienced Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) to deliver the Certificate IV in Procurement and Contracting (PSP40616).

PSP40616 is a key component of Finance"s Pathways to Procurement program. The Pathways to Procurement program is for officials across the APS.
