The Commonwealth, as represented by COMCAR in the Department of Finance (COMCAR) is releasing this Request for Tender (RFT) for a commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) cloud based solution to manage COMCAR"s vehicle booking and dispatch functions.

To support the delivery of its services, COMCAR uses a vehicle booking and dispatch management system to capture transport requests from clients and assign appropriate resources to service vehicle bookings. This system is critical for the effective and efficient operation of COMCAR’s core business. Only COMCAR clients or their authorised representatives are able to create bookings in the system.

Responses are being sought from suitable and experienced providers for a COTS system to support its operations including, but not exclusive to:

• creating bookings
• booking dispatch
• shift management
• payroll capabilities
• reporting and data management
• invoicing
• location intelligence, and
• an appropriate training environment.
