Exceptional Leasing Opportunity: Hobart, TAS

Request for Proposal (RFP) for the provision of leased office accommodation within Hobart for:

· NLA ranging from 8,500 to 9,500 square metres NLA of high quality, carpeted, air conditioned, office accommodation with floor plates of 1,200sqm and contiguous within the building footprint to ensure maximum efficiency. Floor to ceiling heights between 2700mm to 3000mm.

· Minimum of sixteen (16) secured car parking bays with minimum five (5) EV charging stations and additional storage area.

· 24/7 access with swipe card access to each floors floor(s) in the lifts and at the entrance of each floor(s).

· The building will have an appropriately sized photovoltaic solar system to benefit the Tenant.

· End of Trip facilities at no additional cost

· Existing or new purpose-built premises will be considered.

· Lease commencement date by 1 June 2027.

· Lease term being twelve (12) years, with two (2) options of four (4) years each.
