In summary, the services for this commemorative project includes the following key elements:

Design, document and fabricate/construct:

o a cast bronze, figurative, ‘life size’ commemorative statue and associated footing;

o a commemorative pavement artwork; and

o a dedication plaque.

Document and fabricate/construct generally in accordance with NCA supplied design parameters:

o an interpretive sign;

o a timber bench seat; and

o structural substrate/footings.

Document and install:

o a principal supplied spotlight.

Document, modify, replace and consolidate:

o minor turf/irrigation impacted by the works.

Conditions for Participation:

There are no mandatory conditions of participation, per clause 7.2 in the ATM Terms and Conditions.

Timeframe for Delivery:

It is anticipated that the works will be completed in the first half of 2025.
