DoHAC currently engages a small number of external service providers to support the delivery of ICT and Digital services internally, to portfolio partners and directly to Australian citizens. With many of the service provider arrangements coming towards the end of term, the Department has developed a detailed ICT Sourcing Strategy. The ICT Sourcing Strategy sets out the future sourcing intentions of DoHAC. The purpose of this briefing is to share with interested industry participants the future sourcing intentions of DoHAC.

Attendance at the industry briefing is entirely voluntary and is not a precondition of responding to any future approach to market issued by DoHAC.

The industry briefing will be held onsite and online on Tuesday 26 March 2024 at 09:30 Canberra local time. Details for registration of the briefing are provided below. Only registered attendees will be admitted to the briefing. Individuals attending onsite are requested to arrive at the event no later than 09:20 – late arrivals will not be permitted once the event commences.

Interested parties should note:

• the briefing will not be recorded;
• a copy of the presentation materials and any questions and answers from the briefing will be made available either as an Addendum to this AusTender notice or via email to registered attendees;
• onsite attendance is limited, with places allocated in the order received up to the maximum capacity of the location;
• registration for the briefing must be made prior to the registration closing date (17:00 Canberra local time, Thursday 21 March 2024); and
• all correspondence in relation to the industry briefing and DoHAC’s future sourcing arrangements are to be directed to ICT.Sourcing@health.gov.au.
