Third party support of Oracle Products includes the following three Service Components;

(i) Service Component 1 - Third Party Support of Oracle Products.

(ii) Service Component 2 - Third Party Support of Oracle PSRM Products (previously known as Enterprise Taxation Management (ETM))

(iii) Service Component 3 - SPARC Hardware

Staff Augmentation Services (optional)

It is noted that these services are optional to ASIC and may or may not be awarded as a result of this RFT process. ASIC will be seeking a 2 year contract term for the staff Augmentation Services if it decides to proceed with the Staff Augmentation services.

Staff Augmentation Services include:

(i) Identification of resources within Tenderer’s organisation that can perform maintenance and enhancement using various legacy technologies, as outlined in Attachment 11 – Technical Requirements of this RFT.

(ii) Provision of a proposal to transition the maintenance and enhancement of the environment from ASIC to the Tenderer.

We note that awarding of Staff Augmentation Services is at ASIC’s sole discretion and may be awarded to a separate Tenderer, to Service Components 1, 2 and 3.

Other Instructions: Conditions for Participation:

The Conditions for Participation are mandatory conditions, and are set out below. If a Tenderer does not comply with all of the Conditions for Participation, then the Tenderer will be excluded from further consideration in the procurement process.

1. The Tenderer acknowledges that ASIC, may in its entire discretion, award the Services under this RFT, to one or more Tenderers.

2. The Tenderer acknowledges that the Staff Augmentation Services are optional services and may not be awarded as a result of this RFT process.

3. The Tenderer must have representation in Australia and provide the Services from its Australian operations.

4. The Tenderer has submitted a Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record, or a receipt demonstrating that a Statement of Tax Record has been requested, from the Australian Taxation Office.

5. The Tenderer has submitted a Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record for any Subcontractor that the Tenderer proposes to engage to deliver any part of the Services.

6. This Response will be prepared and lodged in accordance with the Minimum Content and Format requirements as set out in clause 15.

7. The Tenderer consents to ASIC preparing a financial viability assessment of the Tenderer and will cooperate with ASIC for that purpose.

8. The Tenderer consents to ASIC assessing the security features of its systems.
