Broadly, the requirement of the services is for the supplier to provide employment screening services with the following capabilities:

i) The ability to complete a range of comprehensive employment screening checks accurately with a sense of urgency;

ii) The ability to run employment screening checks domestically within Australia and if required, international checks at volume;

iii) Provide exceptional and responsive customer service inclusive of account management, fulfillment support and technical support to Future Fund requirements as well as candidates;

iv) Provide for prompt escalation of discrepancies and issues to the Future Fund representative in a prompt and timely manner;

v) Strong security protocols in relation to information management and security and the ability to comply with Australia Federal Government requirements;

vi) Provide additional ad hoc support in relation to employment screening services as required.

Other Instructions:

The market has been provided with an extended response period in order to prepare submissions given the time of year this tender has been released.

Future Fund is seeking to obtain fixed pricing proposals for the following terms:
Initial term: 12 months
Extension term: Further two (2) periods of one (1) year each

Conditions for Participation:

The Customer will exclude from participation any Potential Supplier that does not demonstrate compliance with:

• Supplier must be able to conduct all employment screening checks as specified in A.A.2.1 (a)(i) to (a)( xviii ) required; and
• Supplier must have local client support team based in Australia; and
• Supplier must be ACIC accredited to conduct the Australian National Police Check; and
• Supplier must be able to store and host all Future Fund data in Australia; and
• The Supplier must conduct employment screening checks in accordance with the Australian Government Protective Security Policy Framework; and
• Supplier must be able to conduct all employment screening checks in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles; and
• Supplier must be able to provide a technology portal for Future Fund representative use with administrative/super user access capability (i.e., the ability to view, track and report all employment screening checks); and
• Supplier must have prior experience in providing employment screening services to government entities;
• Suppliers who are shortlisted must be willing to participate in a supplier presentation session of up to 60-minutes which is to be conducted either virtually or in person at the discretion of FFMA. The Supplier presentation session must encompass the delivery of the proposal’s written submission and a product demonstration.
• Timeframe for Delivery:

Services are desired to commence from late March 2024.
