This Request for Information (RFI) [DTA-RFI-48373] will create a Market Research Directory (Directory) containing information and company details for those providing ERP products and service solutions.

The information collected will be used by Agencies to:

• conduct market research to inform an agency’s future ERP requirements;
• understand the industry segment that best meets agencies’ needs; and
• gather information in an effective and efficient manner.

The Directory will include company information, a sample list of offerings (maximum of 5 offerings most likely to be of interest to agencies) with the aim to facilitate agencies engaging in their own market research activities. It is important to note that inclusion on the Directory does not guarantee any market research contact from agencies.

Use of the Directory by agencies will not be mandatory, and agencies will be able to continue to seek information from companies in any manner chosen by them, including outside of the Directory.

Completing the Directory Registration form

The application process comprises of:

• a registration process document; and
• the directory registration form (excel spreadsheet attached to this document).

The time required to complete the registration process is expected to be less than thirty minutes.

The registration form attached to this document must be completed and lodged in AusTender by 17:00 AEDT on 24 December 2023 (Lodgement Date).

Any questions in relation to this RFI should be directed to the ERP Contact Officer, ictprocurement@dta.gov.au. The DTA reserves the right to publish questions and answers at its discretion.
