The Department of Home Affairs is seeking information from the settlement sector and other interested parties on the services to be delivered under a newly designed Humanitarian Integration and Settlement Program.

Information is sought on delivery model options and costings relating to the provision of:

- short term and long term accommodation

- basic household goods

- immediate, orientation and foundation services

- Refugee Reception and Welcome Residences

to refugee and humanitarian entrants. This information will be used to develop an effective and appropriately funded program.

Other Instructions:

Responses are not mandatory, but will assist the Department to develop a sustainable funding model for the services and to develop a fit for purpose request for tender in the future.
