The Indo-Pacific Infrastructure Branch is seeking a Head Maintenance Contractor to perform maintenance services at Cook Barracks and Tiroas Barracks, Vanuatu. The services include Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance, primarily focused on Fire, Electrical, Mechanical, and Hydraulic/Plumbling

The HMC will manage the performance of any works undertaken by subcontractors, and work together with the Vanuatu site representative on a day to day basis. The primary reporting obligation is to the Commonwealth (represented by the Department of Defence)
