The Attorney-General’s Department is undertaking a re-tender of the Whole of Australian Government Legal Services Panel (SON3622041).

The attached Industry Consultation Paper provides more information about the re-tender. The Consultation period has now closed, the documents are made available to potential respondents to provide them with information about proposed improvements to the Whole of Australian Government Legal Services Panel (Attachment A) and the draft proposed Head Agreement (Attachment B).

The attached Industry briefing presentation for the re-tender of the Panel and Questions and Answers relating to the re-tender of the Panel are made available to potential respondents to provide them with access to information disseminated at and after the Industry Briefing on 12 September 2023.
