The ABC and the SBS (the Broadcasters) are seeking responses from Respondents for a fully managed transmission service contract for the provision of a Category 3 DAB+ Multiplex transmission services in the 5 major metropolitan markets of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide RA1 (Radio licence areas).

The Broadcasters encourage efficiency, continuous improvement, and innovation among their suppliers. Your response should include details of how your organisation differs from your competitors and how you would drive innovation and continuous improvement across our businesses.

Respondents should ensure that their Response addresses any Mandatory Requirements specified in Part C. The Broadcasters will set aside any Response that does not demonstrate that all Mandatory Requirements specified in Part C are met.
