The requirements are based on the following specifications:

. The Drifting Buoy system will be at the specified level requirements.

. The Drifting Buoy sensors will measure the following:

a. Atmospheric Pressure

b. Sea Surface Temperature

c. Submergence Count

d. Battery Voltage

1. The Drifting Buoy will provide data logging and processing sub-systems to the specified format.

2. The Drifting Buoy will have a communications unit capable of transmitting data from the buoy to Bureau"s data networks.

3. The Drifting Buoy"s hull and superstructure will be constructed to survive various conditions including transportation.

4. The Tenderer shall provide the Bureau with a documented Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) plan.

5. The Tenderer shall deliver the buoy packaged for deployment and follow all necessary deployment procedures.

6. By following the process embedded in the Commonwealth Contracting Suite (CCS), this procurement will be compliant with the requirements of the Commonwealth Procurement Rules, January 2018 (CPRs).
