Austrade is seeking to engage a vendor (on a three-year engagement) with the capacity and capability to deliver a software as a service solution for a comprehensive database of Australia’s course, institution, and scholarship offerings.

The chosen vendor must be able to deliver the required data and content via a fully hosted, globally performing, multi-CMS compatible solution (including Adobe Experience Manager Cloud (AEMC), with intuitive multi-channel user experience, integrated lead generation functionality and detailed reporting.

The chosen vendor must also be able to meet service level and project management requirements.

Other Instructions: Conditions for Participation:

1. The Tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in its tender must not be insolvent, bankrupt, in liquidation, or under administration or receivership as at the Closing Time.

2. The Tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the tender must not be named as non-compliant with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth) by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency as at the Closing Time.

3. The Tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the tender must provide Country of Tax Residency Disclosures (clause 35.a)
