DFAT is seeking the services of a Managing Contractor to implement a third phase of the Australian Water Partnership (AWP Phase 3). The third phase of the Australian Water Partnership is anticipated to have an estimated value of $30 million over five years (2024-2028) commencing on or before July 2024.

The Australian Water Partnership responds to the water resource planning and management needs of developing countries, primarily in the Indo-Pacific region with funding from DFAT in support of international development and foreign policy objectives. AWP draws on its in the public, private, and academic sector to deliver technical assistance projects to strengthen water resource management. are delivered in around 30 countries in the Indo-Pacific and beyond.

Responses to evaluation criteria (Lead response form 2) should not exceed four pages. Additional pages will be removed and not evaluated.

All responses submitted must be in English.

Timeframe for Delivery:

Four years from 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2029. There will be no extension option for this agreement.
