The Australian National Audit Office (ANAO) Workforce Plan 2022-25 details the requirement to develop an Employee Value Proposition (EVP) as part of strategies to improve retention and increase attraction. This initiative is a high priority for the Executive Board of Management (EBOM). A modern EVP is important in attracting, engaging and retaining high performing employees, fostering a positive company culture, and supports the focus of becoming an employer of choice consistent with the Australian Public Service (APS) Reform agenda of being a model employer and a great place to work.

As part of the ANAO Workforce Plan 2022-25, the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) will form part of the ANAO’s retention strategy and is crucial to the attraction, engagement, and retention of talent. An EVP will explore a range of effective, authentic branding and recruitment marketing solutions that will harness an approach to strengthen and leverage the ANAO brand.

According the ANAO is seeking a suitable provider to provide a robust and authentic process for requirements detailed in the request for tender document.
