The aim of the ADF ARRTS Program has been run since 2015. Its aim is ‘to assist the recovery and develop the resilience of Australian Defence Force and other selected personnel suffering from physical or psychological injuries, through the use of professionally facilitated creative and performance-based arts education’. The program is run by an outsourced prime contractor with the current contract finishing at the end of 2023. It is intended to go to tender to test the market with a new contract being in place for the 2024 to 2028 programs.

Other Instructions:

The contract being sought is for 3 years with a further two 1 year options (3+1+1), for a total of 5 years if options are exercised

Conditions for Participation:

Clause 1.9 Statement of Tax Record;

Clause 2.4 Preparation and Transmission of Classified Tenders; and

Clause 2.5 Defence Security Requirements.

Timeframe for Delivery:

2024 to 2028
