The successful Tenderer is required to deliver a professional service that maximises the benefits of the Centre and its facilities to the Christmas Island community by increasing participation in sporting and recreational activities.

The Centre is to provide a balanced and innovative mix of activities, providing for and encouraging leisure, sporting and fitness participation for all ages, skill levels and abilities to ensure the greatest benefit and appeal to the community.

The successful Tenderer must ensure that the local community is informed about the Centre’s purpose and the programs and activities it provides, and that those programs and activities reflect the broad needs of the community.
