Advisory services for the establishment of a sovereign Green Bonds Program for the Australian Government

The AOFM will only accept tenders that meet the Minimum Content and Format Requirements and Conditions for Participation.

The AOFM will accept tender responses only from parties that:

• acknowledge and agree, if they are awarded a Contract under this ATM they will not be the exclusive Supplier of the Services to be performed under the Contract;
• have not been appointed by the Department of the Treasury to provide second party opinion evaluation on the Government’s green bond framework; and
• have responded by way of consortia, if the consortium is prepared to contract with the Commonwealth as one separate legal entity.
• Timeframe for Delivery:

To establish a green bond framework by end-2023
