Defence Housing Australia (DHA) invites responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) for the provision of development & construction (40 lots) to be carried out in accordance with these Conditions of Tender for PROC-66106.

Conditions for Participation:

a) The tenderer and any sub-contractors proposed in the tender must not be named as uncompliant with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth); and

b) Tenderer is accredited with Australian Government Building and Construction OHS Accreditation Scheme if the tender price is greater than $4 million.

Timeframe for Delivery:

DHA anticipates contract commencement in June 2023.
