Defence Housing Australia (DHA) invites responses to this Invitation for the development & construction/civil construction to be carried out in accordance with these Conditions of Tender.

Conditions for Participation:

a) The tenderer and any sub-contractors proposed in the tender must not be named as uncompliant with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth)

b) The tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the tender must hold appropriate licensing to conduct the works within the jurisdiction that the works will be taking place.

Timeframe for Delivery:

DHA anticipates contract commencement in July 2023.
