The Department is looking to engage an ASIC licenced Information Broker who can provide specific products and services to the department as outlined within the Request For Tender.

These products and services specifically relate to the information registers available to ASIC licenced Information Brokers and the searches that will need to be conducted by the Department to gather the required information to assess claims made through the FEG scheme and subsequent analysis of recovery prospects.

Timeframe for Delivery:

The contract is expected to commence on 1 July 2023 and conclude on 1 July 2025. The term of the contract will be an initial term of two (2) years with the two options for one (1) year extensions.
