Australia in Solomon Islands is committed to promoting economic recovery, private sector resilience, open markets and supply chains, improved livelihoods, and inclusive growth. Since 2017, Strongim Bisnis (https://strongimbisnis.com.sb/), a bilateral private sector development program delivered through a contractor, has played a key role in the Australian Government’s realisation of this commitment..

DFAT is seeking to enter a contract with an organisation to refresh the design of the Strongim Bisnis program starting in the second quarter of 2023, and then implement the program once DFAT has quality assured and approved the Phase 3 Design.

The purpose is to establish a shortlist of capable organisations to be the contractor. Organisations wishing to manage the project should substantially complete the Response Forms in Attachment 1 and must submit them via AusTender by the Closing Date.
