Airservices is on a transformation journey to modernise our enterprise technology and uplift existing process, which include the modernisation of its enterprise record keeping capability.

Airservices is seeking expression of interests from potential suppliers for the transformation of records management practice within Airservices that will improve user experience and help achieve relevant regulatory and legislative compliance.

The objective of this RFI is to gather information from respondents to enable Airservices to better understand market capability, the range of options available, further develop requirements and to identify parties who have the referenceable expertise, capacity and experience to satisfy Airservices requirements.
