The Federal Court of Australia (Entity) requires the provision of civil work construction.

The Entity is requesting tender submission for construction works at Law Courts Building, Queen Square Sydney including new Jury courtrooms and facilities.

The works sought, include, but are not limited to the following:

a. Civil work construction;

b. Procurement and installation of those items specified within the documentation, drawings and specifications; and

c. Procurement of furniture, including procurement, delivery and installation in accordance with the drawings and specifications.

Important: Tenderers are required to provide a signed FCA Disclaimer and Confidentiality Agreement prior to the release of scope of works and associated documents.

Refer to the FCA Disclaimer and Confidentiality Agreement saved in the ATM documents. Please forward signed agreement to contracts@fedcourt.gov.au

Other Instructions:

The tender documents (including Contract) are attached on AusTender (under ‘Go to ATM documents’).

The scope of works and associated documents have not been attached. To obtain these to obtain a full scope of works, tenderers are to submit a signed FCA Disclaimer and Confidentiality Agreement as follows:

1. Click on Go to ATM Documents

2. Download the tender documents

3. Go to FCA Disclaimer and Confidentiality Agreement

4. Print and sign the FCA Disclaimer and Confidentiality Agreement

5. Return the signed copy by email, as a scanned PDF file, to the Contact Officer noted within the ATM AusTender notification and within the RFT Tender documents, contracts@fedcourt.gov.au

Important: Tenderers are required to provide a signed FCA Disclaimer and Confidentiality Agreement prior to the release of scope of works and associated documents.

Conditions for Participation:

The Tenderer must at the time of submitting its Tender satisfy each condition for participation as follows:

- The Tenderer must comply with the Building Code 2016 at the time of submitting its registration of interest or if no registration of interest was submitted, at the time of submitting it"s tender.

- The Tenderer must not be precluded from tendering for Australian Government funded work or specifically excluded from participating in this tender process.

- The tenderer must complete and return the signed FCA Disclaimer and Confidentiality Agreement.

- The tenderer must attend an Industry Briefing.

- The Tenderer must complete and sign the Tender Form and Statutory Declaration.

Timeframe for Delivery:

Stage 1 - Construction works by March 2022.

Stage 2 - Construction works by July 2022.
