    The robotic arm picks a 25kg bag from the pallet - Opens it at the fixed cutting station - Pours the contents into the movable stainless steel silo below - Once full, the silo is transported by forklift for further processing.

    The robotic arm and system must perform the following tasks:

    - Pick up plastic bags (25 kg) directly from wooden pallets (1.20 X 1.20 m). Stacked height of bags: 1.60m
    - Take the bags to the cutting/opening station.
    - Automatic cutting/opening mechanism to rupture or slit the bag
    - Unload the contents of the bags directly into a container.
    - Dispose of the empty bags in a designated container.

    General specifications and requirements:
    - Bag dimensions approximately 60 cm X 40 cm X 13 cm.
    - Operating frequency: Continuous operation, 10 hours/day, 6 days/week, >100 bags/hour
    - The material of the equipment that comes into contact with the product must be 304 stainless steel. (e. G., the gripper"s grasping teeth, cutting system, discharging silo)
    - Gripper type: Servo-electric system for the gripper. Mechanical gripper powered by electric motor, no compressed air nor pneumatic gripper.
    - High repeatability (for precise positioning and accurate alignment of the bag cut)
    - Includes an integrated and reliable system for opening/cutting the bags and unloading their entire contents
    - Bags are stacked on a pallet, we handle it with a forklift and the arm will directly pick the bags from the pallet in one specific place.
    - Arrangement of bags on the pallet: 5 bags per layer, 5 or 6 layers total, 2 bags in one direction, and 3 rotated 90° with respect to the former. Bags on the pallet are up to 1.6m high.
    - All relevant software (operation, control, and programming), documentation/manuals, and the controller interface must be available in English at least.

    We"re relocating part of our production, and we"re in the design phase of the project. We have a 17X10 m area and 12m height. Since we are designing the work area, we have some flexibility in terms of the location of the pallets so that the arm has access to pick up the bags.

    We will install the arm and the entire system at ground level. The bags will be picked directly from the pallet and opened by the robotic arm in the cutting system, and their contents will be poured into a silo container placed directly below the bag cutting system. The container placed directly below the bag cutting system will be removable. So when it"s full, this container will be moved by a forklift to the top of the tank, and its contents will be unloaded. This container should have some type of closure at the bottom that is easy to open, to facilitate unloading. The bag cutting system will remain stationary in its position, and only the silo container will be removed. Silo capacity must be at least 1 Ton, which is approximately 1 pallet of bag product. (it could be 1.25 Ton for pallets with more bags). We need it to fit below the cutting system, and not too heavy, so that the forklift can elevate it to the top of the tank, and unload its contents directly into the tank. Forklift Rated Lifting Load: 2000kg.

    As a suggestion, the base of the silo can be 1.20 X 1.20m, which is the conventional size of the pallets we handle. The silo will need to have a firm base so that the forklift can lift it. And the discharge outlet should be as low as possible. The dimensions can be adapted to meet those objectives. Also, consider the dimensions of the cutting system must allow the silo to be removed from below and the forklift to maneuver. If it is too tight, it will be a problem and operators could damage it. Note that the bag-breaking device and the hopper (buffer silo) must be made of 304 or 316 stainless steel.

    Apart from the robotic arm system, we"re also looking for a wrapping machine, and a forklift. We intend to bring everything in the same container. We"re located in Rosario, Argentina. Could you provide CIF/FOB price The optimized process flow is as follows:
