The councils are pursuing this work given that a quarter of our countywide emissions come from domestic residences. We, as Local Authorities believe that a local approach needs to be taken to retrofit engagement and support, to provide a trusted and recognised service that removes barriers to our residents taking forward installations. We’re therefore seeking a contractor who can provide technical, and communications and marketing expertise to a Gloucestershire local retrofit platform and approach.
