B893 - Bryntirion Comprehensive 4 Class Teaching Block

Bridgend County Borough Council (BCBC) has a requirement for the provision of B893 - Bryntirion Comprehensive 4 Class Teaching Block.

There is a Price Cap of £1,500,000 associated with this tender, any bids received over £1,500,000 will be disqualified.

Bidders must be Registered and Verified on Constructionline.

The proposals involve the construction of a new timber framed detached single storey building in the order of 590 m2. The building will be comprised of concrete strip foundations with ground bearing slab, timber framed walls (rain screen finish) timber trussed unequal pitched roof with metal roof finish.

External works will comprise SUDS drainage scheme using transportation swales and infiltration basins, basic footpaths and limited tarmac yard area.
