To transport and process waste arising from mechanical road sweeping operations for Cardiff Council (Lead Authority) Newport City Council, Vale of Glamorgan, Caerphilly County Borough Council, and Rhondda Cynon Taff Council Borough Council.

An estimated 12,000 tonnes of regional waste will be available per annum; however tonnage reviews will take place annually.
