To provide universal, free at point of access specialist level triage, information, advice, casework and legal representation in the following advice areas: welfare benefits, housing, immigration and employment.

Specialist level work requires the consideration and presentation of complex legal arguments (Advice Quality Standard). Providers interested in the specialist level service must have demonstrable competence in supporting complex and intersectional cases, as well as the appropriate authorisations to provide services in the specified areas.
