NHS Health Checks are currently provided in Lancashire through 135 general practices and a third-party provider who delivers health checks across the county in community pharmacies, community settings, workplaces, and places of worship. The new service will include an integrated hybrid delivery model. This will promote working in a more collaborative way between the third-party provider and general practices.
