Aberystwyth Arts Centre & Student Union Refurbishment Project - Catering Consultant

Aberystwyth University wishes to appoint a suitably experienced Catering Consultant to join a project team which is currently being assembled to take forward a major capital investment and refurbishment project centred around the Arts Centre complex and Student Union building on the Penglais Campus in Aberystwyth, West Wales. The procurement process for the main Design Team has been completed and the team has just commenced RIBA Stage 2 which is due to be completed in June 2024.

This tender seeks a fee proposal for RIBA Stage 2 to RIBA Stage 6 based on the attached programme, but the initial instruction will be for RIBA Stage 2 only. Continuation of the design process will be contingent on funding. The catering consultancy brief is to provide a combined operational and design consultancy service. Further details outlined in "Scope of Service" section 4 within the ITT.
