NWH Roofing Framework

North Wales Housing invites tenders for organisations ("Contractors") to participate in a 36-month framework agreement ("the Agreement") for roofing works ("Works") to North Wales Housing stock ("Property"). The range and types of Works required are to include repairs and maintenance to pitched and flat roofs, pointing, rendering, cavity wall and elements of ground works. Scaffolding will also be required.

Annual expenditure is estimated to be up to 150,000 GBP, but the average annual spend is expected to be lower.

The Agreement will comprise a single Lot with a maximum of 3 Contractors awarded a place on this Agreement to ensure appropriate capacity and competition for packages of Works to be awarded. The Agreement will operate for 36 months, with two optional 12 month extensions.
